The Process of Changing One's Template

Wow! As you can see, I am in the process of changing my blog. I am learning alot about HTML and CSS (something that I didn't know existed until I started learning about HTML). I can't seem to figure out why the image I set as background won't show! It shows in teh preview. Oh well! I apologize for the unreadability - I am trying to improve things. It will not stay this way forever!
